We thoroughly enjoyed creating the branding, marketing material, website and photography for this exclusive waterfront boutique residential development. The site needed to showcase the apartments and penthouses and capture the location and lifestyle of the picturesque Cooks River frontage. The wiro-bound brochure allows the client the flexibility to add or remove pages throughout the marketing campaign. We custom designed the brochure structure which has many features including an inside cover sleeve for floor-plans and business card much like a presentation folder. The wide fold out inside cover allows a sweeping panorama of the hero river image. Gloss finishes to the cover create a 'water reflection' effect.
